Who We Are And Our Services

From pipes to open channels, Little Delaware to Big Muddy, neighborhood to multi-state watershed, $2,000 to $20 million, our water-management civil engineering solutions always put your needs first, and the needs of your constituents. For more than 10 years, Water Resources Solutions has sought out the public works managers who actively engage in developing challenging project alternatives, backed by meticulous physical science informed by ecological imagination. That's how we've earned the coveted role as hometown stormwater artisanal engineer. We live where we work, and we work for you.

Hydraulic Structures
As our nation's aging infrastructure groans around us, the need for fresh, agile, geographically aware water engineering grows even more critical. If your civil engineer has limited water expertise, your options in solutions immediately shrink. Why take the risk?
Value Engineering
Our engineers are in constant demand to team on Value Engineering Studies for good reason: We practice what we preach in our own projects, every day. If your consultants' engineering value equation always seems to begin with what it's worth to them, give us a call instead.

Our Portfolio

If some days you feel that the civil engineering solutions have grown a little too cookie-cutter, that you're presented with too little choice in the consultants at your door, don't settle for less. Our proven track record that underpins a value-engineering approach to projects with a combined physical/numerical hydrologic modeling method significantly improves both cost and performance for even the smallest projects. From stormwater to hydraulic structures, integrated watershed management to river, lake, and wetland restoration, we're not afraid to look at all the alternatives to find the best solution that reduces uncertainty for you and the people you serve.

Client Testimonials

"Water Resource Solutions is a terrific asset when it comes to stormwater, creek and urban lake issues. Their design for our urban lake, Willow Lake, was a research and development project where we tried a variety of techniques to deal with issues such as water quality, sediment, erosion and beautification. We have been using them for these type of issues since Don Baker completed our open channel masterplan in 2008. I recommend WRS all the time to my fellow city administrators and think you would be very happy with their work."
"We have enjoyed working with Water Resources Solutions on several projects in the city of Leavenworth, because we’ve found them to be very environmentally conscious, and at the same time, they’re not afraid of complex stormwater problems. We’ve enjoyed the innovative solutions they’ve put together, and they often come up with really creative solutions to some of the most difficult engineering challenges.”
“I highly recommend Water Resources Solutions as a proven candidate for a project to which their engineering design and construction management services can be utilized. Looking back at the 3-year project, their quality of work has been second-to-none.”
