WRS routinely provides bidding services, including bid phase questions, pre-bid meeting, and bid openings. WRS can provide construction services, including a utility meeting, pre-construction meeting, submittal reviews, construction site visits (on-call), and construction observation services. We attend utility meetings with clients, utility companies, and the awarded construction contractor to further the communication. We review submittals and answer construction related questions from the contractor during construction of the project.
